Mudslide Ice Cream

Who is not a lover of ice cream? In addition to being refreshing and delicious, ice cream is the base of many cocktails such as the frozen mudslide that we bring you detail by detail in three recipes that will help show off your bartending skills.

The mudslide ice cream is a very calorie drink that combines ice cream with cream and coffee liqueur. It is a very famous drink in American-style bars and relevant if you are one of those who avoid consuming a lot of alcohol, as it has low alcoholic degrees.

On this occasion and without further ado, we share these three easy mudslide recipes in which you only need to have ice cream in your refrigerator, some liquors in your pantry and then turn on the blender to “mix the party”.

To make icy mudslides we need

cold coffee cream

Ingredients:

  • Three scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ounces Irish cream (Bailey’s)
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 ounces of coffee liqueur
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • Chocolate syrup or milk cream
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate drops or grated dark chocolate

preparation:

  • First, pour the Irish cream and other liquids into the blender glass and mix.
  • Then  add the two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  • Finally, add the ice and blend until slush.
  • Later serve in a large glass or a wide glass to which you have previously added syrup.
  • Decorate afterwards with a little whipped cream and grated chocolate or chocolate drops.

Coconut Pineapple Ice Cream Mudslide

Ingredients:

  • Three scoops of vanilla or coconut ice cream
  • 2 ounces white rum or vodka
  • ½ cup of concentrated pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut liqueur
  • ½ cup ice
  • Strawberry syrup

Preparation of the frozen coconut and pineapple mudslide

  • First pour all the liquid ingredients into a mixing glass or take directly to the blender. Then add the ice cream and finally the ice until it becomes slush.
  • Serve later in a Martini glass, garnish with strawberry syrup and coconut drizzle and a piece of pineapple.

Chocomoka Ice Cream Mudslide

Ingredients:

  • Two scoops of chocolate ice cream
  • ¼ cup of espresso
  • 2 ounces of coffee liqueur
  • 2 ounces Irish cream or cream punch
  • 1 ounce  Frangelico
  • ½ cup ice
  • Whipped cream
  • Cocoa powder

preparation:

  • First, mix all the liquid ingredients in a shaker.
  • Add the vanilla ice cream, beat very well and then add the chocolate ice cream.
  • Then, in a blender,  slush the ice and add it to the cocktail.
  • Finally, serve in a large glass with chocolate syrup. Then decorate with whipped cream and cocoa powder.

For a stronger iced mudslide cocktail,  add up to three ounces for each drink. In the same way, you could also accompany this cocktail with pieces of fruit and come up with new recipes derived from the classic mudslide with vanilla chocolate.
