  • 4 chicken breasts cut very thin
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • ½ kilo of mushrooms or mushrooms in sheets
  • 2 tablespoons white Vermont
  • ¼ cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Starch or cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 knob of butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

First we are going to prepare all the ingredients. To do this, we must  peel and cut the onion and garlic. Then, we reserve them until they are going to be used and we slice the cheddar cheese.

First, we put 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. While it melts, we start to prepare the chicken. In addition, we are  preheating the oven to 200 ºC.

To prepare the chicken, we spread a breast on the work table. Next, we place on top two strips of bacon one next to the other, the slices of cheddar cheese and a few sliced ​​mushrooms or mushrooms.

Next, we begin to roll on the breast, so that there is a chicken roll completely wrapped in bacon . You can hold the roll with toothpicks.

Brown the chicken

Once the butter is melted and hot, we carefully place each piece of bacon- rolled chicken in the skillet. When that side is browned, we turn them until it is done on all sides.

Prepare the onion sauce

First, we put the chicken in the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes. While the chicken is in the oven, we pour another 2 tablespoons of butter into a saucepan.

Once melted, add the onion and garlic, cooking them over low heat. Next, we add a tablespoon of cornstarch and beat vigorously, until the desired thickness is achieved.

Once properly thickened, we add the sea salt, black pepper and then the sugar until the perfect flavor is achieved. You must try it, of course.
